The Game
Players build hands by surviving rounds of discards, scoring the cards with Aces one or eleven, face cards ten, and other cards as their rank. High points and low points split the pot unless a single player discards all of their cards.
The Deal
Each player gets four down cards, then deal 6 cards face down in front of the dealer as the burn pile. Before looking at cards, the dealer should declare whether there will be a draw allowed before burn cards are revealed.
The Play
After the deal, there is an initial round of betting. Subsequently, the dealer will turn up one of the burn pile cards: if a player holds a matching card, they must discard it. If the dealer turns up a card that was previously revealed in the pile, a new card is drawn from the deck. Bet after each card.
Ending the Game
After the final burn card is revealed, and a final bet, if no player has burned all their cards, then high and low hands (points) split the pot.
What Wins
Single-digit or -card hands are common lows. Usually 30 or better for high hands.
